Instructional personnel must protect students from harmful conditions, ensure access to diverse viewpoints, avoid suppression or distortion of subject matter, and protect students' legal rights without harassment or discrimination. Employees must maintain honesty, avoid malicious statements, and respect colleagues' rights. All personnel must complete ethical conduct training and report misconduct, including child abuse, to the appropriate authorities. Legal protections are in place for those reporting in good faith.
